For the fashion magazine i have been asked to design a 24 page magazine. It must be presented to the assessment panel in a pdf format. The panel will not accept any other format. My pdf file must include a full page area, including margins. My group and i have to set the file up so that the front page and back page are single pages and all other pages should be presented as spreads. We have to set up the file so that the front page appears first and the back page last. We will be using InDesign to create this magazine.
At the moment my team and i are choosing a thematic for our magazine, based upon the commonality of the images of the group members. We are no asked to write our own headlines and intros, however we are asked to find appropriate articles or intro text, captions and headlines that relate to my our own theme and imagery for our fashion magazine.

We researched Positive magazine issue 9.
For this task we had to analyze and carefully study our chosen magazine. We had to understand the particular visual methodology of our chosen magazine in order to understand how it creates its particular narrative. We also had to consider the intention to communicate to its target audience and how its achieved and what particular meaning the fashion magazine creates. During this research task we also had to consider the use of photography, typography and pagination.
